Placing an order on Sell4Service is very simple, and the whole process usually only takes a few minutes:
- Browse the product list on the homepage and use the category filtering or search functions to find the products you need.
- Click to enter the product details page to view product specifications, price, and inventory information.
- Select the quantity to purchase and enter your email address (for receiving order notifications and card information).
- Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT as your payment method to complete the payment.
- After successful payment, the system will automatically ship the goods. You can view the card code directly on the page, or you can view it at any time through the order tracking page.
We use a fully automated delivery system, and the vast majority of orders are completed automatically within 1-5 minutes after payment confirmation. Alipay and WeChat Pay are usually confirmed instantly, while USDT payments require confirmation from the blockchain network (TRC20 takes about 1-5 minutes, ERC20 takes about 1-15 minutes).
During peak hours, there may be slight delays due to high order volume. Please be patient. If you have not received your goods after 30 minutes, please check the order status on the order tracking page or contact online customer service for assistance.
To meet the payment needs of different users, we currently support the following payment methods:
- USDT digital currency — supports both TRC20 and ERC20 networks, with low transaction fees and fast settlement, suitable for users with large transactions and those who value privacy.
- Alipay — Scan to pay, instant transfer, is one of the most commonly used payment methods among users in China.
- WeChat Pay — WeChat QR code payment, simple, convenient and fast.
All payment methods are securely encrypted to ensure the safety of your funds. We do not store your payment password or bank card information.
Checking your order is very convenient. You can view your order status and details at any time through the following methods:

- Enter your order number (which will be displayed on the page after payment) or the email address you provided when placing the order.
- Click the query button to view the order status, card information, and transaction details.
Order information will also be sent to your email address as a backup; please check your inbox. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
If the goods have quality problems or fail to be delivered, you can apply for a refund by following the procedure below:
- Contact online customer service within 24 hours of the product being shipped (for products with after-sales service).
- Provide the order number, reason for refund, and relevant screenshot evidence.
- Our customer service team will review your application within 1-3 business days.
- Once approved, the payment will be refunded via the original payment channel within 3-7 business days.
Please note: Refunds are not supported if you change your mind after purchase, the product has already been used, or the application period has expired. Please see the Refund Policy page for detailed refund terms.
We attach great importance to the security and privacy of our users' information and have taken multiple measures to ensure the safety of your data:
- The entire site uses SSL/TLS encryption for transmission to prevent data interception during transmission.
- We do not store your payment password, bank card number, or other sensitive financial information.
- Order data is used only for product delivery; the server periodically cleans up expired order information.
- Strict server access control to prevent unauthorized access.
