Policy Overview

Thank you for choosing Sell4Service. Since we sell virtual digital goods (card codes, accounts, etc.), delivery is considered complete once the item is shipped. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Important Note:Virtual goods are unique in that they cannot be taken back after delivery. Please ensure the product meets your needs before purchasing.

Refundable status

Refunds are available in the following situations:

  • The card/account is unusable and has been verified as invalid.
  • The shipped goods do not match the purchased goods.
  • Order payment successful but goods not received (system malfunction)
  • Paying for the same order repeatedly

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not supported in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or no longer need after purchase
  • The failure was caused by improper user operation.
  • The goods have been used or partially used.
  • The refund application period has expired (24 hours after shipment).
  • Issues arising from violation of the terms of use
  • Issues caused by changes in third-party platform policies

Refund application process

  1. Contact customer service within the refund period and provide your order number.
  2. Please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund and offer supporting evidence (screenshots, etc.).
  3. Waiting for customer service verification and approval (1-3 business days)
  4. Once approved, the money will be returned to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.

Tip: Please keep your order number and payment receipt, as this will help expedite the refund process.

Refund Method

The refund will be returned through the original payment channel:

  • Alipay payment → Refund to Alipay account
  • WeChat Pay → Return to WeChat Wallet
  • Other methods → Return via the original route

The arrival time depends on the payment channel, usually 1-7 business days.

Reissue Policy

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • When there is a problem with the product but it is still in stock, priority will be given to reshipping it.
  • Users can choose to accept a replacement or request a refund.
  • Replacement products enjoy the same after-sales service guarantee.
