Basic questions

The ordering process is incredibly simple; even first-time users can easily complete it in minutes. No account registration required; it's entirely self-service.

  • On the homepage, select the type of service you need—browse our various services such as phone top-up and data top-up, and click on the service you need to enter the details page.
  • Fill in the relevant information (such as mobile phone number) – Accurately fill in the mobile phone number to receive the service or other necessary information. Please carefully check to ensure that the recharge is sent to the correct account.
  • Choose the appropriate payment method – We support multiple payment methods including USDT, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Select the method that is most convenient for you to complete the payment.
  • After payment is completed, the system will automatically process your order—the system will begin processing immediately upon successful payment, and most orders can be delivered within 1-5 minutes.

Tip: Please be sure to save your order number when placing your order, so you can easily check the order status or contact customer service later.

Most orders are completed automatically within 1-5 minutes after payment. Our system uses a fully automated processing mechanism; once payment is confirmed, order processing will begin immediately. During peak business periods (such as holidays and promotional events), due to the large volume of transactions, it may take slightly longer, but usually no more than 30 minutes. Please be patient.

Order issues

We offer a convenient self-service order tracking system, allowing you to check the latest status and details of your orders anytime, anywhere:

  • Visit the Order Query page — click "Order Query" in the top navigation bar
  • Enter your order number or the email address you used to place the order—the system will accurately match your order records based on the information you provide.
  • Click to view order details—including complete information such as order status, order time, service type, and payment amount.

We recommend saving your order number after placing your order, as this is the fastest way to check your order status. If you forget your order number, you can also check it via the email address used to place the order. If you cannot find your order information, it may be that the order is still being created or the information was entered incorrectly. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Order failures can be caused by a variety of reasons, so please don't worry. Here are common troubleshooting methods and steps:

  • Confirm that the information you entered is correct—check that your phone number, service type, and other information are accurate. Incorrect phone numbers are one of the most common reasons for order failures.
  • Check if the payment was successfully deducted – Log in to your payment account to confirm if the payment has been deducted. If not, it may be due to payment timeout or network issues.
  • Contact customer service and provide your order number—Contact our customer service team via Telegram and provide your complete order number. Our customer service team will prioritize investigating the specific reason for the failure.
  • We will verify and process your order or issue a refund. If the failure is confirmed to be due to a system error, we will reprocess your order or arrange a full refund.

Rest assured, we will handle all orders that have been paid for but not yet successfully delivered properly. Our customer service team will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible to ensure that your rights are protected.

Refund issue

If the service cannot be delivered successfully, you have the full right to request a refund. We are committed to providing a satisfactory service experience for every user, and the refund process is simple and transparent:

  • If the service has not been delivered, contact customer service within 24 hours—please contact us via Telegram as soon as possible; the earlier you submit your refund request, the faster it will be processed.
  • Please provide your order number and reason for the refund—providing a detailed explanation of the refund reason will help us quickly review your request. Common refund reasons include service not credited, incorrect recharge number, etc.
  • Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 3-7 business days – no further action is required.

Please note: Services that have been successfully delivered are generally non-refundable. If you have accidentally recharged the wrong number due to incorrect information, we recommend that you contact customer service immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Once the refund is approved, the processing time depends on the payment method you used. Below are the estimated refund times for each payment method:

  • Alipay/WeChat: 1-3 business days – The refund will be returned to your Alipay or WeChat account balance, and you will receive a refund notification from the payment platform at that time.
  • USDT: 1-7 business days (receiving address required) – Due to the confirmation time required for on-chain transfers, USDT refunds may take a long time to process. Please ensure you provide a correct TRC20 or ERC20 receiving address.

During the refund processing, you can track the refund progress through the order tracking page. If you have not received your refund after the expected time, please contact customer service and provide your order number. We will immediately check the refund status for you. Please note that processing times for banks and payment platforms may be extended due to factors such as holidays.
